From the time the credit reporting agencies and your creditors receive the disputes, they have, by law, 45 days to conduct their investigation, and provide you with a copy of your updated credit reports which will show your results. Typically results are much quicker if you know exactly where and to whom to send the dispute information too. Keep in mind the credit reporting agencies are by law forced to complete their investigations in 45 days; this does not mean that you will receive your reports at that exact point. There is volume, staffing, packaging, mail time, etc. that all has to be taken into consideration. With that said, you can expect your updated credit reports to arrive within 45-60 days from the date your disputes were sent off. This is an average. Sometimes it’s less and sometimes it’s more.
This is also dependent on how fully you commit to sending us the required information needed to start and any credit bureau information you receive via mail.
With that said, virtually all of our clients see big results quickly (45 + days) – in the form of increased credit scores and accurate data on their credit reports and much more!
